Description
MicroVision controller processor-based was designed for monitoring and controlling Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in terms of electrical conductivity measured in microSiemens per centimeter (µS/cm). Through the front panel, a reference point for the desired conductivity is introduced into the controller. When this limit is exceeded, a purge valve is opened via an integrated control relay. Water with higher TDS concentrations in the system is purged, resulting in the addition of fresh make-up water and a reduction in TDS concentration in the cooling system.
Pulsatron chemical dosing pumps offers adjustable manual control, allowing the user to adjust both the number of pulses and the flow rate per pulse online. In addition, there is an optional control that allows automatic or manual tempo selection, thus adapting to the needs of the user.
The highly reliable timing circuit guarantees constant operation, even in harsh conditions, and the water-resistant design ensures durability for outdoor and indoor applications.
Internal damping reduces noise during operation, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications.
The unit is manufactured from high quality standard materials for components in contact with water and has few moving parts.
