Horizontal, single-stage volute casing pump, with nominal powers and main dimensions according to EN 733. Equipped with bearing bracket, designed for installation in industrial processes, and equipped with shaft sleeves / shaft protection sleeves and interchangeable casing labyrinth rings.

Description

Equipped with the KSB SuPremE motor, a reluctance synchronous motor without magnets (except for the sizes 0.55 kW and 0.75 kW at 1500 min⁻¹, which are equipped with permanent magnets), efficiency class IE4/IE5 according to IEC TS 60034-30-2:2016. Designed to work with the KSB PumpDrive 2 or KSB PumpDrive 2 Eco speed control system without an impeller position sensor. The fixing points comply with EN 50347 and the shell size complies with DIN V 42673 (07-2011). ATEX version is available.

Advantages

  • Optimized efficiency and improved NPSHreq due to the experimental hydraulic system of the rotors (blades).
  • Reduced operating costs by reducing the nominal diameter of the rotor to the optimum operating point.
  • Reduced wear and vibration, ensuring smooth operation due to excellent suction properties and almost cavitation-free operation over large surfaces.
  • Optimum adaptation to the transported fluid thanks to the variety of materials available in the standard version.
  • PumpDrive perfectly adapted to pump and motor, being parameterized from the factory.
  • Ergonomic, with speed regulation system mounted on the motor for powers up to 45 kW.
  • Complete transparency of the operating mode in combination with PumpMeter.
  • Motor efficiency of over 95% of rated efficiency, even at 25% of rated power, on a quadratic torque-speed curve.
  • Durable and environmentally friendly, without the use of rare earth magnets such as NdFeB.

Main areas of use

  • Pumping pure or aggressive liquids that do not corrode or mechanically affect the materials from which the pump is made.
  • Water supply installations
  • Cooling circuits
  • Swimming pool technology
  • Fire extinguishing installations
  • Irrigation systems
  • Sewage installations
  • Heating installations
  • Air conditioning systems
  • Sprinkler systems
