Single-stage volute casing pump, in-line version, equipped with KSB SuPremE motor without magnets of efficiency class IE4/IE5 and PumpDrive speed regulation system, having pump shaft and motor shaft rigidly joined.
Description
Equipped with the KSB SuPremE motor, a reluctance synchronous motor without magnets (exception: sizes 0.55 kW / 0.75 kW with 1500 min⁻¹ are provided with permanent magnets), efficiency class IE4/IE5 according to IEC TS 60034 -30-2: 2016, designed for operation with the KSB PumpDrive 2 or KSB PumpDrive 2 Eco speed control system, without rotor position sensor. The fixing points are in accordance with EN 50347 and the shell size is in accordance with DIN V 42673 (07-2011). ATEX version is available.
Advantages
- Maximum energy efficiency due to demand-optimized operation in combination with the IE4/IE5 class magnetless KSB SuPremE motor. The 0.55 kW and 0.75 kW 1500 min⁻¹ motor sizes are equipped with permanent magnets according to IEC TS 60034-30-2:2016.
- PumpDrive 2/PumpDrive 2 Eco is perfectly adapted to the pump and motor, being parameterized from the factory.
- Ergonomic, thanks to the speed regulation system mounted directly on the motor, for motors up to 45 kW.
- It provides full transparency of how it works in connection with PumpMeter.
