The ICS company provided even after the start of the installation telephone consultation at our request, regardless of the day or time we requested support for various operations: remote monitoring of the operation of the machines, assistance in changing parameters, interpretation of operation, assistance in case of accidental shutdowns due to lack of electricity, starting and stopping the installation during the general overhaul.
