HEATBOX mobile heating system
HEATBOX is an innovation in the field, taking the residual heat from chiller condensers, compressor stations or other industrial processes and transforming it into a thermal agent up to 85°C that is used for space heating or pre-heating water for boilers.
It is a complete heating installation, built “off-site”, incorporating water-to-water heat pumps and highly energy-efficient cooling towers.

The chiller is equipped with two independent refrigeration circuits, ensuring redundancy and optimal operation even under conditions of maximum demand. 2 KSB pumping skids
Each skid is fully equipped with two independent pumps, valves, specific fittings and sensors. These skids are designed to optimize energy consumption by having variable speed drive (VSD) motors.
The monobloc construction ensures easy maintenance and high durability, facilitating maintenance operations without requiring plant shutdown.
Control panel and automation
