The self-cleaning rotor filters have unique Flex-Suction pads and operate automatically at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. They offer a filtration range from 10 to 2.000 microns and support flow rates between 30 and 600 m³/h.
Description
ROTOR are self-cleaning mesh filters designed to treat fluids containing suspended solids, including colloidal particles. Their exclusive Flex-Suction technology ensures optimal grip and high suction performance, ensuring efficient cleaning of the filter element while minimizing water consumption and preventing flow interruptions.
Available in three configurations - Y, L and O - the internal cartridge can be equipped with a polyester (PES) or nylon (PA) filter fabric sandwiched between two stainless steel mesh supports (AISI 316L, DUPLEX SAF 2205 or TITAN), or entirely in AISI 316L stainless steel in the three-layer REPS version. ROTOR filters offer a filtration range from 2.000 to 10 µm and are ready to use with valves, pressure gauges and an electronic controller.
The cleaning system features a flexible suction cup and ensures non-stop flow during operation. It includes a differential pressure kit and is suitable for various applications including industrial, municipal, HVAC/R, desalination, seawater treatment and wastewater treatment.
