Acquaspeed self-cleaning filters, equipped with pressurized water jets, offer automatic filtration with a maximum pressure of 10 bar, a filtration range of 10-810 microns and a flow rate of 8-30 m³/h.
Description
ACQUASPEED are self-cleaning filters designed for low flow applications (<30 m³/h). Constructed with a stainless steel body, they are available in Y and L configurations. These filters feature polyester (PES), nylon (PA) or AISI 316L stainless steel (REPS) cartridges, offering a filtration range from 810 to 10 µm.
The cartridges are cleaned through a patented system that transforms the intake water into pressurized jets. The cleaning cycle lasts only a few seconds, during which the incoming flow is interrupted, ensuring minimal water consumption.
The filter, equipped with a spray nozzle for cleaning, has a flow stop mechanism and a differential pressure kit for efficient operation. It is ideal for applications in industry, HVAC/R, cooling water and wastewater treatment.
