A COSMOTEC ORA O-Flow oil chiller is designed to meet demanding industrial requirements, offering a cooling capacity ranging from 2 to 16 kW. Depending on the cooling requirement, the units use different refrigerants: R134a for the 2÷4 kW range and R407C for the 6÷16 kW range. These fluids ensure optimal performance and a reduced environmental impact, while complying with the current environmental protection regulations.

The hydraulic circuit is made only of non-ferrous materials. The plate evaporator is made of stainless steel. These elements ensure high oil quality and a long service life of the equipment. The system is controlled by a programmable microprocessor, with dedicated software. It provides precise, efficient and adaptable operation to each application.

The COSMOTEC ORA O-Flow oil chiller uses high-efficiency scroll compressors and OA pistons. Its compact design allows installation in confined spaces, close to machine tools. The robust structure is designed for handling with hooks. The internal components are easily accessible, which simplifies maintenance and technical interventions.

For optimized operation, numerous options and accessories are available, such as axial fans with speed control, 10 bar gear pump, zero oil pressure gauge (25 bar in glycerine) and automatic hydraulic bypass valve set at 10 bar. The working range of the cooled fluid is between +13°C and +30°C, ensuring high adaptability to various industrial processes.

Versions available

The units are available in two versions: with plate evaporator and with plate evaporator plus gear pump, to best meet different application requirements.
